LAVENDER Gallery – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to LAVENDER Gallery. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Company Information

LAVENDER Gallery proudly operates www.lavender.eg and shop.lavender.eg, with locations in Mansoura and Cairo, Egypt.

2. Order Process

Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. Please note, this does not confirm acceptance. Your order is only accepted once we send a dispatch confirmation via email, phone, or message.

If we are unable to process your order, you will be informed promptly and any payment made will be refunded. Orders are valid only for the items listed in the dispatch confirmation.

3. Vouchers & Gift Cards

We may offer promotional vouchers or gift cards that require email activation. These are valid for one-time use and can only be redeemed on shop.lavender.eg.

Vouchers must not be copied, shared, or reused. Discounts apply exclusively to product prices and do not cover delivery fees. We reserve the right to restrict voucher usage on selected items.

4. Product Availability & Delivery

Images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in flower or balloon colors may occur and do not qualify for refunds.

Orders will be delivered on the date specified in your dispatch confirmation.

Orders received after 8:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

5. Ownership & Responsibility

Responsibility for the products transfers to you upon delivery and signature. Ownership is transferred once full payment, including delivery charges, has been received.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery fees vary depending on the destination. Please note, we do not process orders below 300 EGP.

We accept the following payment methods:

•  Visa & Mastercard

•  Secure online payment via Paymob

7. Refunds

We guarantee a full refund if your bouquet is damaged during delivery or fails to arrive. All refund requests are subject to verification.

If the recipient declines the delivery, 30% of the total order amount will be refunded.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased or its replacement, in accordance with our refund policy.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made within 30 minutes of payment. You may contact us via:

•  Immediately when posted on our website

•  30 minutes after an email is sent

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites is protected by copyright and may be used for personal reference only. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

By submitting reviews or comments, you grant us permission to feature them in our marketing materials. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Our obligations will be temporarily suspended during such events and will resume once conditions allow.

12. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in law, technology, or business operations. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply unless otherwise required by law.
