Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:
  • Perishable items (e.g., flowers, ..)
  • Gift cards

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-7 business days.
  • Late or missing refunds? Please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at shop-info@lavender.eg

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at shop-info@lavender.eg

4. Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
